Hi everyone
I need to compute a median
This is a sample of data
Year | Month | Day | Item | Price |
2017 | 1 | 1 | A | 5 |
2017 | 1 | 2 | A | 6 |
2017 | 1 | 3 | A | 6 |
2017 | 1 | 3 | B | 10 |
2017 | 1 | 4 | B | 7 |
I wish to obtain this result
Year | Month | Day | Total | Median |
2017 | 1 | 1 | 5 | 5 |
2017 | 1 | 2 | 6 | 6 |
2017 | 1 | 3 | 16 | 8 |
2017 | 1 | 4 | 7 | 7 |
I tried some ideas found in this forum but I can't adapt them to my use case
All my measures give an equal result for total and median 😞
Could you help me ?
Kind regards
Marc

Hi HotChilli
Thanks for you help
It would be easier for me to do it in DAX because my data are in direct query mode and I'm not sure I can proceed with your method ?
And also it needs to be a measure because the result will change, depending on filters selected by final user
Kind regards
Marc
What DAX measures do you have?
