Can't Publish reports to my new Pro account

I used to be a FREE user on Desktop and Online.

Now I have a Pro licence for Power BI.

I've created report (in Desktop) and tried to share it to the web Power BI -  to my Pro account.

But everytime I do, it's Sharing into my old "free" account.

I had our Microsoft global admin disable my Free account.

Now I can't login to it.

By my Desktop still loads it into the Free one instead of Pro.

(I know it because it says "Do you want to Replace current dataset")

And my Pro (on the Web) has no reports.

Can someone please see if you can help?

Hi @Chacos,

Clear the cache in Power BI desktop for a test. File-> Options and Settings-> Options-> Data Load

Thank you for the suggestion.

It didn't fix the issue.

Hi @Chacos ,

Have you logged into Power BI Service with new Pro account to make sure there indeed existing no dataset/report with the same name as that you are going to publish?

Yes, I did that. No reports in my Pro Account.

Hello, are you using the pro account credential in your PBIX when you sign in there?
