Can stored procedure parameters be linked to a drop down?

We have a stored procedure in our report and need the parameters to change based on the user input. The users input includes 2 drop downs for numerical values and a Report Data period section consisting of a "from" and "to" date slider. I need the stored procedure to be re-executed with the new user choices. I am sure this is easy but need help on how.
