Can not sign in on Power BI Desktop

I can't sign in on Power BI Desktop. and I got no error message.

But after tryped ID dialog close and no follow.

I try a some trace log as follows.

As collinq said, I'd like to suggest you check your network and policy setting to confirm if they block any requests:

Add Power BI URLs to your allow list 

In addition, you can also use Fiddler to trace the sign-in operations to check these requests: (use fiddler to manage local proxy to trace these requests) Fiddler-Hero Fiddler: The Web Debugging Proxy Tool 

BTW, what type of account are you tests? A common power bi account or on-premise AD account? AFAIK, power bi does not support AD accounts. I'd like to suggest you use azure ad account instead.

Hi @Naoya_Ikeda ,

Is this a new userid?  Does this userid have internet access?  Do you have a firewall blocking your permissions to authenticate?    Do you have a proxy setting?  

Are you able to sign into the service with this userid?  

If these don't seem to be the problem, you should create a fiddler trace and determine what on your network is blocking the sign on.
