Can not access to DB (AD) with trial vertion pro

I have trial vertion pro but I can not access from my station to DB within a server (AD),

is it because of the trial version?
On the server it works

@shaya What type of database are you using? Have you allowed access to the database from external? The Desktop should have full access to the accessible data sources in your domain regardless of what license you have in the Service.

We have three servers,
one for the domain one for the sqlserver and one for terminal server.
I can access to sql by sql managment
and can not by power bi.

Hi @shaya,

Eno1978 is right. You have full access to any type of data source that Power BI supports. Maybe you should check the settings of the server and the Sql Server. Something like:

1. Firewall. If the firewall stops the connection;

2. If Sql Server allows remote connection;

3. The parameters you entered into Power BI connector. If they are correct.

I could not connect from another server, I hope the problem exists only in my case
Maybe I'll buy a permanent license, I'll check more
