Good afternoon,
Im new to power bi and im doing a file were i get the data from 5 diferent places, and i have another file only with the name of the columns but with no information (like a final design).
So i have:
Report 1, Report 2 , Report 3, Report 4, Report 5 and another one empty only with the name of the columns.
My question is if it´s possivel on the empty one putting like, Clients = The column A of the Report 1, Adress = Column Y on Report 5. Like fiel everything by getting the data from the columns of other sheets.
Best regards
Ricardo Silva

hi, @Anonymous
After my research, I'm afraid it couldn't achieve in Power BI. Unless these columns have the same number of rows.
So you may need to do these in the data source.

Ok so i have this that´s what i want, and i want to fiel the columns with information.
For example:
Clients - this column gets the same information that is on REP 1 on the 3rd column
Telephone 1 -this column gets the same information that is on REP 2 on the 15th column
Telephone 2 - this column gets the same information that is on REP 3 on the 1st column
Fax - this column gets the same information that is on REP 4 on the 21th column
Adress - this column gets the same information that is on REP 5 on the 12th column
Email -this column gets the same information that is on REP 5 on the 7th column
It´s this possible?
I know how to do it by the merge querys and pick the right columns, but my question it´s if this work this way. Have a empty data only with the name of the columns and make every column being equal as other on the REPs Data.
Thank you for the help

I think that you would want to do something along the lines of a Merge query. Can you supply some sample data? Please see this post regarding How to Get Your Question Answered Quickly: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Community-Blog/How-to-Get-Your-Question-Answered-Quickly/ba-p/38490
Kind of curious as to what exactly you are trying to accomplish essentially. Sample/example data would definitely help.
Please try using Append Queries option under Power Query Editor and let us know whether you are able to resolve it or not.
