Can a non-team member publish to a team

Hi, we'd like to allow our finance team member to publish PowerBI reports into our "directors team", but for her not to have access to the team itself. Does anyone know if this is possible? Thanks.

In order to publish to a team or a workspace the user need to be a member of that group.

Check this link with the full capability of each of the roles.

Thank you. I think we'll look at adding the indiviual but then creating a private channel in the team without them.

What you can also do is to create a private channel for that user to publish the content and then add that content to the app on the other workspace.
