Hello.
I have two sources to be queried, a relational database and a Olap Cube.
Can I mix data of both sources in one dashboard using directquery.

No, it's not possible. When opening live connection to SSAS, it will load entire cube into .pbix, you can't connect any other source. And when using DirectQuery, you can only open connection to same database. For your requirment, I suggest you add your relational data into SSAS data source view and build it into either dimension or measure group.

As far as I know it is not possible, you cannot do this. I'm sure you are aware that if you use import instead of direct query, you can work with both the data sources.
