Can I develop a dedicated layour for phone - landscape orientation?

When I go to Mobile View from Power BI Desktop I get the portrait view of the phone and I can edit the layout (add, remove, resize elements) etc.

But I couldn't find a way to do the same for the landscape phone orientation. When I rotate the phone in Power BI app it goes to the usual Desktop layout.

Is there any way to develop something specific for mobile landscape orientation too? If not, is there any way to block the user from entering the landscape - desktop like view and force him/her to keep the portrait orientation?

Thank you!

@amitchandakthank you for your suggestion.

I am aware of the responsiveness of visuals in landscape, but I want to be able to make something special for mobile, just like I am in portrait view. Mostly because the font size is extremely small (too look good on portrait view) and the user has to zoom in every time he/she goes in landscape from mobile phones.

Therefore, just like I have infinite scroll down in portrait view, I was looking for something like infinite scroll right to landscape view. Instead it looks like I am locked to the actual page size from PBI Desktop when the user switches to landscape.
