Can I alter a table/visual depending on what level the report is filtered at?

My report can be filtered at multiple levels, similar to the setup shown.  I want to use a table visual to compare the regions - but if we drill into a region, than we use the table visual to compare stores.

Is the effect possible?  My alternative would be to use buttons and bookmarks, but I'd prefer the interaction to be seemless.

Example of what effect I want to achieve:

@MPetramalo214 , You can use isinscope , isfiltered or hasonevalue to check and changes measure

But if you have change axis/group by, you need to use bookmarks
