Can I aggregate the slicers across different bookmarks?

I have created three bookmarks to display the value for matching. It allow users to freely select the loan to match with the project.

Question1 :  Is there any way to create a button on dashboard to do update rather than update in the bookmark panel?

Question 2: Is there any way to not allow the user to choose the loan which is previous chosen by other project? e.g. I choosed loan 25 for project A, can I disable user to choose loan 25?

Question3: Can I aggregate the checked slicer and save it as the ALL bookmark? e.g. I choosed 25-39 for Project A to C, can I automatically update which loan is chosen to update the ALL bookmark?

Thanks a lot

Hi @kmkwongaa,

Using Power BI only, I would say the answer for all three questions is 'No'. The reason is that unless you want to manually update your bookmarks, these operations require write-back possibilities.

If you would like to handle this, you will need to look into Power Apps and how Power Apps can be embedded into Power BI. With Power Apps you can enable write-back, either to the date source if you have write permission or another source, like sharepoint/onedrive/another database.

Cheers,
Sturla
