Calucation of holidays based 3 columns, date, vacation demanding, daily targe hours

Hello Everybody,

Please I need your help again.

I want to calculate holidays based on four columns.

  1. Vacation demanding (hours)
  2. Daily target hours
  3. Date
  4. Name

Data base:

Structure_Holidays.png

The basic calculation is Vacation demanding (Hours) / Daily target hours for each Name.

Solution in the end:

The problem is that I need the value “Daily target hours” just once and based on the first date, which contains a Value > 0 in the column “Daily target hours”.

Does somebody has a solution for my problem?

I hope I have explained my problems understandable. If not, please ask!

Thanks for your help!

Chris

Hi,

First sum both the hour columns and minus daily hours from vacations. then convert it into days using dax.

Below is the expected result as per my understanding.

please mark if it is correct.

Thanks,

Hi Chris,

you could use a second table with "name" and "daily target hours" and then put it in a relationship with your first table.

Peter
