Calendar view in date slicer

Hi all,

I am using a simple date slicer to select the days I am interested in. From what I have seen, the basic date slicer is not super pretty or convenient if I want to select a single day and the date table covers many years. I'd like to do the following:

- Make the slicer present a calendar view like the one below so that you can navigate quickly through the years, months and select a specific date. What you usually see, for instance,  on a website when choosing a day for your flight.   

Is that possible? How?

The default data slicer seems unable to achieve your request. How about custom visual Custom Calendar by Akvelon ?
