How can i create a calendar table by using the start and end date from the exiting table.

How can i represnet the data like below. need to find count per month of the number of times each user has called. 

Name	Jan	feb	march	so on till dec	Total
Name1	Count of call	Count of call	Count of call	Count of call	60
Name 2	Count of call	Count of call	Count of call	Count of call	100
Total	100	50	70	40	XYZ

How can create a drill down of the above to show the count of calls per person per day.
