Calendar by Tallan is broken after publishing

I've got a PBIX with the calendar custom visual by Tallan. This has been working great for the last 10 months, but has suddenly stopped working. The custom visual works fine in PBI desktop, but when I publish my report to the Power BI service, this custom visual is broken.

I've tested this by downloading the sample PBIX provided by Tallan, and the same thing happens.

Anybody else seeing this or know how to fix it?

Hi, @RussellRead

I wonder if you are using the lastest deskptop version. Please make sure the data type of the column is 'Date' or 'DateTime'. You may also try the similar visual as below.

Custom Calendar by Akvelon

Best Regards

Allan

Hi @v-alq-msft ,

Yes, I'm using the latest desktop version. To me, it seems that something has broken with this custom visual rather than it being a problem with my report. If you download the sample PBIX from the Tallan site, you'll see the problem.

I've been in contact with the developer and they are investigating.

I did already temporarily switch over to the Akvelon custom visual, but it's very limited compared to the Tallan visual.

-thanks, Russell.

@RussellRead , check if there is a new version of visual. It is custom visual, so you have to contact the developer

@amitchandak Thanks, I did check for an update, but no joy. I mainly wanted to check if there were others having the same problem or if I've managed to goof something up at my end before contacting the developer.
