Calculations that are filtered by using the calculate formula not filtered by visualizaiton filters

Hello,

I have a column for WIP Status that includes values of either B, P, W, X or N.

I filtered out my report to only have WIP status of  B, P and W, taking out X and N.

When trying to calculate the amount of money in  P or W, I set up the following formula:

Not B = Calculate(Sum(money), WIP Status <> "B")

After some time, I realized that Not B was including the money in both X and N as well.

Has anyone else encountered this?

Please let me know if I can clarify anything.

Hi @Anonymous,

Please create a measure like below:

Not B = Calculate(Sum('Table (2)'[Money]), FILTER(ALLSELECTED('Table (2)'),'Table (2)'[WIP Status] <> "B"))
