Calculations of tables with relations

I have a table (visual) which contains information from two different tables.

I want to add a column to calculate Cost/Produced value=X% but I can´t add "Produced value" to the calculation.

How do I do?

 

The table (visual) looks like this:

Department (table 2), Week (table 2), Cost (table 1), Produced value (table 2)

@eohlsson I think you are looking for a measure than a calculated column. Any sample data and expected output will be helpful to provide you an accurate solution.
