Calculation of Attendance through Sales data

i need a masteradvice... i have a raw data of sales in which i have duplication of Sales promoters and dates.

Now here i want to calculate Attendance that for suppose on Jan how many Sales promoters have worked . so i basically i am looking for distinct count of dates & Distinct count of Salespromoters. need to perform a calculation sum of salespromoter days in Jan.

So, for the data presented, is the number you are looking for 1 date and 1 promoter? DISCTINTCOUNT will give you the count of the distinct values in a column.

yes i am looking for how many promoters were present on a particular date, or in a month, or qtr

 I am not sure what is your detailed requirement, if you want to get count, you could just use distinct count and create a calendar table as slicer. You could refer to my sample for details.
