Please find the below table. I am getting infinity when I divide eventhough it's just a simple division.
Please help.

Do above columns come from the same data table? Which two columns do you refer to to make a division? Please share the necessary DAX formulas.

Yes it comes from the same column. The column name is PR. The only thing that differentiates the PR is the reference name.

Without sample data and necessary formulas, it's hard to check the reason for getting infinity result.

If you see the table column heading , it's self explanatory. It is doing divison.

Is [Total PR] an original column in source table or calculate column or measure? And what about [Irradiation]? Please check whether this article is helpful to you.
Maybe you could try this:
=IFERROR( [Mesaure 1]/[Mesaure 2], BLANK() )
