Calculating ticket resolution time on daily/monthly bases

hey all,

 

im trying to calculate ticket resolution time without having to crossjoin the table with a DATE table.

I'm hoping to end up with a Year/Month/Day table and see the trend of Mean Time To Resolution as a KPI
