Calculating a metric DAX: Couting values if all values on the column > 10

Hi all,

I have a a table with two columns, for example.

 ID  OtherID

X      12345

X      12456

Y       .....

Y      ......

Z      .....

IF the count of OtherID ( for every ID)  is bigger than 10 I want to count all the IDs bigger than 10.

Thanks.

Re: Calculating a metric DAX: Couting values if all values on the column > 10

Hi @yorkehead,

If I understand you correctly, you should be able to use the formula(DAX) below to create a measure to get the expected result in your scenario. Smiley Happy

Measure =
COUNTROWS (
    FILTER (
        SUMMARIZE ( Table1, Table1[Column A], "CountOfColumn", COUNTROWS ( Table1 ) ),
        [CountOfColumn] >= 5
    )
)

Note: you will need to replace Table1 with your real table name.

Counting all IDs if other column counting bigger than 5

Hi all,

I want to create a metric in DAX that allows me to Counting all ID's that count bigger than 5  in other column.

Example:

Column A( ID) Column B

1                          123

2                          456

1                          234

1                          235

1                          236

1                          234

In this case ID 1 will be counted.

Can you help me?

Thanks.
