I have a a table with two columns, for example.
ID OtherID
X 12345
X 12456
Y .....
Y ......
Z .....
IF the count of OtherID ( for every ID) is bigger than 10 I want to count all the IDs bigger than 10.

If I understand you correctly, you should be able to use the formula(DAX) below to create a measure to get the expected result in your scenario.
Measure = COUNTROWS ( FILTER ( SUMMARIZE ( Table1, Table1[Column A], "CountOfColumn", COUNTROWS ( Table1 ) ), [CountOfColumn] >= 5 ) )
Note: you will need to replace Table1 with your real table name.

Hi all,
I want to create a metric in DAX that allows me to Counting all ID's that count bigger than 5 in other column.
Example:
Column A( ID) Column B
1 123
2 456
1 234
1 235
1 236
1 234
In this case ID 1 will be counted.
