Calculating Previous Quarter Average

I have Data in a table that looks like this:

1.PNGIt's feedback from a survey and I've created measures that counts each type of category by person. I've also created a measure to get the percentages of each type as well. Positive for instance looks like this:

Which works as intended. This calcuation is for the overall feedback which is two years worth of data. What I'm trying to figure out is how to do the same thing but for the previous Quarter (Jan-Mar). I created a measure that looks like this:

But for some reason this is giving me the same numbers as the overall satisfaction % numbers:

1.PNGI've used this DATEADD formula with other measures to get first quarter results so I'm not sure why it's not working here. Any thoughts?
