Calculating Averages dependent on Aggregation

Hi All,

I have a scenario where I need to calculate the "% of Projects that meet our Customer Satisfaction Score" of >=5 and show the result in a Card Visual. 

The lowest granular level of information is Respondent. 

As you can have multiple Respondents per each Project, I first need to calculate the Average Score Per Each Project.

For instance "Facebook Project" average  = (4+7)/2 = 5.5 =Meets Satisfaction Score

I then need to formulate: 

CountIF( (Average of Project)>=5))

         Count of All Projects

Is there an easy way to do this.

I have tried SumX and Summarize functions but to no avail.

However, how can I calculated this, without having to create a "Projects Table" first?

Or is there a way?

I would just copy your query, strip out all other columns other than Project column, remove duplicates and you'd have a Projects table in 5 minutes.
