Well I am confused!
I have 2 tables, there is a relationship between Project IDs so no problem showing graphics with data between both tables. However I am trying to add Actual Cost from one table to Remaining Cost from another table and the answer it gives me is wrong, am I missing something here? (calculated column is "AFC"
I have a report level filter where I choose the project and it updates all the table just fine, but the AFC value in here isnt right?
Any help really appreciated I am new to DAX 🙂

Just got to the bottom of it, I changed it to a measure rather than a calculated column and moved the measure to a different table, not sure how it fixed things but it did! Need to spend a little more time learning how these things work!
Thank you for your help it got me thinking about things more from your questions and helped to get the answer 🙂
@adamorsteve what table is the report filter sitting in?

Hi
So I use a slicer on "Project Name" which filters everything in the report at once, "Project Name" is in a third table called "PROJECTS", this projects table shares the same relationship "Project Ref" as the other tables so everything else filters ok it seems
Each visualization has its own Visual level filters which are just the ones automatically applied when I add a field to the visualization
@adamorsteve can you post a screenshot of your relationship view?

@adamorsteve and what happens if you change the relationship between project and sap to bidirectional?

Nothing. It is set as one-to-many and both, because there will be multiple SAP actual cost values per project ref
@adamorsteve its hard to see the problem without the data
can you post an example of one project ref with all the associated measures you are using for the one you originally posted?
also when you say the answer is wrong, what should it be? if you are able to post the pbix that would probably be the easiest
