Calculated Column to show Historical dates as 1 and future dates as 2

Hi Experts

 

need a calculated column measure to show all historical dates as 1 and all future dates as 2 based on todays date.

NOTE: For this to work you need to have Import Mode and DAILY dataset refresh,  or Direct Query Mode with local data model (although the second option is VERY costly)

 

In your Calendar table, add the calculated column

 

Flag = SWITCH(TRUE(),[Date]<TODAY(),1,[Date]>TODAY(),2,0)
