Calculated Column showing local time based on Country Column (Example file now added).

I have a coulum containing "Country" containing, oddly enough, "Countries".  Is there a way to create a calculated column that will show the local time based on the "Country" in its respective column.

Example File (pbix)

Example PBIX file added to see if anyone can assist.  Maybe connection to an extran source such as website to get current local country time.

@StuartSmith , I think now() in DAX and DateTime.FixedLocalNow() in power query should do that

Thanks for your suggestion, but I have no idea where to start with this.
