I am now doing a total sum with a filter of the description but it not working correctly. What am i doing wrong?
GrossMarginTotalCost = CALCULATE(SUM('Financial DataTotal'[Sum]); 'Financial DataTotal'[Description]="Fuel, lubricant oils","Chemicals","Direct costs", "Water purchases", "Fuel")

Hi,
I think you have 2 options:
GrossMarginTotalCost :=CALCULATE( what you want to sum;
SWITCH('Financial DataTotal'[Description];
"Fuel",TRUE();
"Lubricant",TRUE();
"Chemicals",TRUE();
"Direct costs" ,TRUE();
"Water purchases" ,TRUE();
FALSE()
))
it will now only sum the TRUE values
Second option:
CALCULATE(what you want to sum;
OR(
'Financial DataTotal'[Description]="Fuel";
'Financial DataTotal'[Description]="Lubricant";
))
With OR you have do do some nesting because it can only contain 2 filters
