I am trying to calculate how long it takes for incoming tickets to be resolved. I posted earlier a message about this but the data colums were old so I am trying to get a solution for my problem. Since I just started using Power BI, please give a solution in baby steps.

I'd like to suggest you to take a look at following link about calculate working hours between two datetime fields:
You can use except function to exclude holiday date from variable filtered.

I didnt mention it in my message but it need to exlude weekend and holidays aswell
