Calculate the max score

In the above screenshot I want to calculate the maxfield which is COF_Health to be highlighted or calculated in a seperate column.

 

e.g : COF_SCORE =3, which attribute as the max cof score =  COF_PHEALTH.

 

want to acheive out put like that. please advise the logic suitable for it.

 

appreciate your help.

try this as a measure,

Max sales by segment = 
VAR _maxX =
    MAXX (
        VALUES ( Table[COF_Score] ),
        CALCULATE ( [Numeric Value] )
    )
VAR _tempTable =
    SUMMARIZE (
        Table,
        Table[COF_Score],
        "@Value", SUM ( Table[ Numeric Value] )
    )
VAR _result =
    CALCULATE (
        SELECTEDVALUE ( Table[COF_Score] ),
        FILTER ( _tempTable, [@Value] = _maxX )
    )
RETURN
    _result
