To make a measure sum up, we can use SUMX such as.
= SUMX(your table, [measure])
So in your scenario, we can update the formula like this to have a try,
Cumuletest = CALCULATE ( SUMX ( VN, [Livaision] ), FILTER ( ALL ( VN ), [DateDeFacture] <= MAX ( [DateDeFacture] ) ) )

In my case delivery is already a measure, we can not put SUM before measure, ie we can not do the sum of a measure! ??
