Hi everyone,
I have a measure "Total FT" which has the total full time employee count,
from that I have to find the total number of Total FT with condition Department is HR, Finance, Support.
So the final output should be the sum of these three from the Total FT.

@akashpadmakumar or maybe, simpler version what @Greg_Deckler provided
FT =
CALCULATE (
[Total FT],
'Headcount'[Department] IN { "HR", "Finance", "Support" }
)

@akashpadmakumar Seems like:
FT = CALCULATE([Total FT],'Headcount'[Department]="HR") + CALCULATE([Total FT],'Headcount'[Department]="Finance") + CALCULATE([Total FT],'Headcount'[Department]="Support")
