Calculate rows between two dates

Hi all,
I'm completely new here (and also new to power BI and DAX)
And i have an issue. I want to see all my unshipped orders between a certain date (i need to be able to filter, or show a line graph). I have a table containing: OrderID, OrderDate, ShippingDate and another table as date dimension.

I need to be able to see all unshipped orders in a week or on a day. Some orders did not ship yet and they do not have a shipping date. In case there is no shipping date, they need to be shown as unshipped. If i select a day in the past, it should show me all unshipped orders on that date.

I have tried multiple DAX expressions that i found online, but non of them seem to work properly (there is no relation between the datetable and the order table).

I hope there is someone who can help me.

Could you just make use of the Timeline Slicer and have all the columns you want to see show up in a Table visual?

Timeline Slicer can be found using the "From Store" button.  Its a free custom visual.
