Calculate remaining balance of hours

Hi,

I have a report which is showing the sum of an employees weekly hours on a standard stacked column chart with a simple legend.  The time sheets are completed daily but the report sums weekly which is fine.  I need to calculate the number of hours under their weekly KPI their hours are.  i.e. if an employee has completed 35 hours and their KPI for a week is 40 then I need to show the total 40 hours on a stacked column chart showing this calculated difference as 'Unallocated'.

Any help greatly received.

Thanks
