Calculate percentile of a filtered column

Hi everyone,

is there a way to calculate 75th percentile of a filtered column?

For example, I need to calculate the 75th percentile of the column "Growth rate", only considering rows where Growth rate is > 0.

I tried with

Percentile = PERCENTILE.INC(FILTER(Table, Table[Growth rate]>0), 0.75)

but it doesn't work.

Here is the pbix file: https://www.dropbox.com/s/61prd3utuujqggk/Filtered%20percentile.pbix?dl=0

Thank you in advance.
