Calculate percentage based on achievements vs ranges and apply different percentage for each range

Hello.

I have the following scenario:

Salespeople get a certain sales bonus, for example:

Between 1-1000$ Sales value -> 10% Bonus.

Between 1001$ - 10000 $ Sales value -> 5% Bonus.

I need to calculate the bonus amount for each case. But for example if I have 1500$ it should keep into consideration both percentages (1000$ * 10% + 500$ * 5%).

I have never used Power BI to achieve this type of calculus before.

Can you please help me?

Hi  @adriansuteu

Kindly let me know if you'd like to get below results:

Bonus = var a = MAX('Table'[Value]) Return IF(a<=1000,a*0.01,IF(a>1000,(a-1000)*0.005+1000*0.01))
