I've been trying to solve an issue with a calculation but I am stucked. Not sure wether is possible to accomplish with DAX or I may need to change the relations or even merge the tables.
This is the schematic model view:
The expected outcome is to calculate the Incident duration for selected impacted customers and services. So I am pulling in a matrix Customer Name from the Customer table and Services from the Services subscribed table (contains a list of services by Customer).
The challenge is that when a service is impacted, not all customers subcribed to that service are impacted. In the same way when a Customer is impacted, not all services subscribed for that customer are impacted. Hence the existence of the two tables Customer Impacted and Service impacted.
Any idea how to calculate this?

I add a Dim Services table to the model and modify relationships like below.
Then I add duration column to Services impacted/Customer impacted tables. Below are two matrix visuals in my sample. You can download the attachment to see details. Is this what you want?
