I'm strugging to get this formula correct. I've tried a few things and can't seem to get it.
Below is the question I was given:
Hourly employees can’t work more than eight hours a day. Determine whether there are any
violations of this rule. For each violation, show the date, the name of the employee, and the
(total) number of hours worked.
Here is a snapshot of the data I have:

@n23day it can as easy as, put each column in a table visual and in filter select Time > 8 and it will only give the list of the employees those worked more than 8 hours.

I think I'm way over thinking it. The data is simple, and I am making it harder then it needs to be. I'll try what you mentioned!
