Calculate function with All Except function of 3 columns

Hi,

I have a file with Q1 (Review in percentage) and I have columns Employee name,Title, Industry Group & Office.

My aim is to find the average of peers of the selected employee name.

Previously office factor wasnt there so to calculate average I used the expression:

Average of Q1= CALCULATE(AVERAGE('Report 1'[Q1 ]),ALLEXCEPT('Report 1','Report 1'[Title],'Report 1'[Industry Group]))

and it worked, now I have to consider for office wise, so need to add office column as well, I am supposing All Except function only helps with 2 columns, anyone can help ?

You can any more column as you have done:

Average of Q1 =
CALCULATE (
    AVERAGE ( 'Report 1'[Q1 ] ),
    ALLEXCEPT ( 'Report 1', 'Report 1'[Title], 'Report 1'[Industry Group], 'Report 1'[Office] )
)
