Calculate from within a column

hi,

i have a column called KPI and it has a list of matrics.  example

Total Moves

Essential Moves 

etc.

another column has the KPI Value for these metrics

i need to create a new measure called Quality Time with a formula ( total moves - essential moves/total moves)

how can i do this?  Please help.

Measure =
VAR t =
    CALCULATE ( SUM ( Table1[Value] ), Table1[KPI] = "Total Moves" )
VAR e =
    CALCULATE ( SUM ( Table1[Value] ), Table1[KPI] = "Essential Moves" )
RETURN
    DIVIDE ( t - e, t )
