Calculate difference in time accounting for business hours

Hi,

In Excel I used a formula which determined the time difference between 2 datetimes and returned based on a calendar the number of hours for resolution based on business hours. e.g. 8AM to 8PM is the business hours range and it's from Monday to Friday. If the ticket was raised at 9PM on a Thursday it would only start the counter from 8AM on Friday.

Wondering how to do this in PowerBI?

I think your requirement should be almost same as this thread. You should only need to change the business end time. Please try to following the steps listed to see if it works.

Best Regards,

Herbert
