Calculate difference between two date/time for business days\hours only

Hi,

I've tried several posts regarding this issue, but I can't get them to work properly for me.

I need to determine the time (In minutes) to response by ticket (and eventually, in a different column, if it met SLA) for business days and hours (Monday - Friday, 6am - 6pm).

I have a table with the ID, Open Date and Response Date (see below)....

Thank you

hi @Anonymous,

I have had a look at the sample values you have provided, and I am probably a bit slow here, but I can't get the numbers to add up.

For ID=1 and ID=2, should they not both be 11 minutes?
And how do you get only 82 minutes for ID=5? From 15:38 to 18:00 there's 142 minutes and another 60 minutes from 06:00 to 07:00 the following the day, so a total of 202 minutes for ID=5, according to the information you have provided

cheers,
