Calculate changes during two random periods

Hi Team,

I have data of multiple products with multiple check date. I want to give my client the flexibility to select start date and end date and then on the basis of selection, there should be a comparison of product value change or product stage change or any other changes on the basis of two random selections from start date and end date. Please let me know how can we acheive this.
