Calculate a percentage with a filter

I would like to calculate the percentage of Lot with a result of Valeur less than 72 or egal. I would like to do this calculation per week.

Do you know how to do to make this calculation please ?

Hi i needDax to create a pie chart 
I have 50 students and 4 subjects, If one students pass in 4 sbujects then it should be Pass /if one student fail in 1 subject they consider to fail will you help me regarding this

Percent less than 72 or equal =
DIVIDE (
    CALCULATE ( COUNT ( Table1[CodRuta] ), Table1[ALC] <= 72 ),
    COUNT ( Table1[CodRuta] )
)
