Calculate Value required to meet a Target in weeks remaining ?

I have a little query that maybe someone can support with...

I have a target value to meet by the End of Sept or Week 39...

I have a rolling value for the year to date as of week 30 , which will change.

What I am looking to do is calulate what value per week I need to run at in order to meet the target at week 39?

Example say the target is 83% at Week 39 and we are 81% now then what do I need to run at to get to 83%  So the answer should be something like 83.8% per week(I know that is not accurate)
