Calculate Percentage based on values in a column

I am a complete noob to all of this so please take it easy on me. I swear I have searched for the answer but I think I am too stupid to know what I am looking for.

I am trying to come up with a Vendor Scorecard. One aspect of the scorecard would be giving percentages based on the amount of orders assigned.

So I would want the percentage of orders that this person accepted based off of the amount of orders assigned. I want percentages for Accepted, Completed, Declined, On Time, Late, etc. All of these would be based on the amount of orders that have been assigned to the vendor. Each of these have a column

Please help me
