Hello I have a table similar to the table below. I am trying to create a measure that calculates the rows that have completions dates for the West Area.
Item | Area | Completion Date |
XX | West | 5/21/2019 |
YY | West | |
ZZ | South | 5/22/2019 |
I would like this measure to return 1 in this simple example

Do you want to calculate the row number of West Area which has Completion Date? You can also create a measure and drag the measure to the card visual:
Result = COUNTX(FILTER(Table1, Table1[Completion Date] <> BLANK() && Table1[Area] = "West"), Table1[Item])

Hi,
Drag Area to the Row labels and write this measure
=COUNT(Data[Completion Date])
Hope this helps.
