Calculate Moving Average with Sum and Filter

Dear BI Community,

I have a simple metric I am trying to capture:

Average # of 'hours' for statuskey= "unavailable - technical issue" per 'agent' for the last week, month, etc.

I have four columns involved: 'statuskey' 'hours' 'agent' 'nomdate'

Data set example:
Statuskey Hours. Date. Agent.
Available 2. 10/13/18. Mark
On a call 3. 10/14/18. Sally
Unavailable - technical issue 1. 10/15/18. Adam
....

Thank you
