Calculate Margin with Revenue and Expense in row.

I am trying to calculate the Revenue- Expense using DAX but i am not sure how to proceed with it. The data is in the following format :

I would do a Fill Down in your Custom column in Query Editor and then you should be good to go. Before you do that, get rid of the blank lines.
