Calculate Difference

Hello, I'm new and ran into this problem.

got this list (image 1) and report (image2) , I'd like to calculate difference of PM 10 (and PM2.5)  between cities (guria and tbilisi) during the day. I marked blue line where I want data to be displayed. If it posibble to do, please help.

Based on my test, you could refer to below measure:

Measure = var a =IF(CALCULATE(MAX('Table1'[Source]))="Tbilisi",CALCULATE(SUM('Table1'[Value]),'Table1'[Source]="Tbilisi")-CALCULATE(SUM('Table1'[Value]),'Table1'[Source]="Guria"),BLANK())
var b=DISTINCTCOUNT(Table1[Time])
return IF(b=1,BLANK(),a)

Result:
